I've been raising horses for 20 years, have ridden what I raised on ranches and in feedlots,and sold broke geldings topping horse sales in the region.

The mares foal outside,and run out on grass pasture year round.The colts run out on Sandhill pastures from yearlings til they're coming three, then they're used to take care of a 25 section ranch stocked with 1500 yearlings and 400 pairs.

My horses learn to travel outside, drag calves to the fire,and we ranch rope here all summer long and get hooked on to a lot of cattle.

We put on 2 or 3 Ranch Roping and Stock Horse Competitions every year,and are very active in the RMRRSHA.

I try to raise and train a well broke versatile type horse that will go on to compete in the arena, or go to work out on a ranch.

All of our mares were broke to ride and some won money competing, but they've all proved themselves as saddle horses before becoming broodmares.
